Written with you, in your words, about what you actually do. We never invent a review, a rating, a qualification or a service you do not offer.

This is the part most agencies charge for. It is the reason the price is monthly.
One every month
New prices, new photos, seasonal hours, a new page, a full rewrite of your services. Send it however suits you: text, email or the form. You never log in to anything.
Banks up to three
A quiet month is not wasted. Unused requests roll over and you can accumulate three. Send nothing for six months and you still have three saved, ready to use together before a busy season.
Bigger jobs quoted first
Work beyond the banked requests, like a full redesign, is quoted pro rata before we start. You will never receive an invoice for something you did not agree to.

How it works

We show you a specific fault
Something checkable about your current site: it does not fit a phone, the certificate has expired, the phone number is not tappable. Verify it yourself in ten seconds.
You reply with one word
We build the real thing and send you a link, usually within 24 hours.
You judge it on your phone
If it is not better than what you have, say so and we are done. We delete it and never contact you again.
It goes live
Domain, hosting and certificate handled. The first invoice comes after it is live, not before.
Questions about the Studio package
Is the marketing and SEO extra?
No. Both plans include the site, the Google listing set up properly, structured data so search and AI assistants read your business correctly, and the technical basics most cheap sites skip. There is no separate SEO invoice.
What exactly is one change request?
New prices, new photos, seasonal hours, a new page, or a full rewrite of your services. One is included every calendar month and it does not expire immediately: unused ones bank up to three. So if you send nothing for six months, you still have three saved and can use them all at once before a busy season.
What if I need more than that in one month?
Anything beyond the banked requests is quoted before we start, pro rata against the work involved. We will always tell you in advance that something falls outside the monthly allowance rather than doing it and invoicing afterwards.
What is actually different about Professional?
More of the site is built specifically for you rather than configured: service pages, practitioner profiles, enquiry routing to the right person, and richer structured data. It is also where AI-assisted features belong, such as a guided enquiry flow on your own site.
What happens after twelve months?
It becomes month to month with 30 days notice. Nothing changes about the service. You keep your domain and we hand over your content whenever you go.
